Richard Nixon was the first President that I remember and I still have fairly vivid memories of being the living room of my grandparent’s living room in the summer of 1974, as the Watergate hearings were at their zenith. I didn’t understand what was going on exactly, but it was obviously something important. Nixon, to me anyway, may be the most interesting man to ever hold the office of President, but I always felt that I had an insufficient background to his story.
